Technical Management
We offer a tailor-made technical management service designed to suit your specific requirements, including plan approvals, build supervision, sale and delivery. we provide these services via our team of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated staff which comprises chief engineers and technical superintendents and also by implementing planned maintenance system & safety management system.
ISM/ISPS
As ISM/ISPS managers we have assumed responsibility for operating of your assets. This means to ensure safety, to prevent human injury or loss of life, and to avoid damage to the environment, in particular, the marine environment, and to property. We have established and implemented a policy for achieving these objectives. This includes providing the necessary resources and shore-based support. ISM/ISPS Department of the Company is headed by our highly skilled and qualified DPA (“Designated Person Ashore”) and experienced Deputy DPA - Company Security Officer (CSO) providing 24/7 monitoring of our ships and their crews.
Lay Up Management
Certified by Class, we provide hot and cold lay-up solutions to industry standards by trained professionals. Lay-up is a proven cost saving alternative in situations where charter rates are below vessel operating cost or waiting for the right timing to convert, recycle or sell their assets. Following are 2 categories in details:
COLD LAY-UP
• Total shutdown of vessel with no crew • Two watchmen on 24/7 watch • Vessel maintained by dehumidifiers, cathodic protection and preservation of sea water lines/sea chest • Longer re-commissioning time
HOT LAY-UP
• Crew members at minimum safety manning limits can remain on board at all times to maintain and care for the vessel • Vessel is held within Classification and Flag State requirements • Machinery kept operational at minimal cost • Fast re-commissioning time
